One should begin by first asking what the goal of our organization is. Once the goal is identified and properly understood proper strategies can be adopted which will facilitate the achievement of the goal.
It is true that the executive leadership coaching grooms the individual to become an effective and capable manager. However, it is also true that it cannot teach everything. Risk taking ability is an individual trait, it cannot be taught in a classroom. Many business leaders took great risks in their life, which others would have not even dared to think. Business tycoons like Dhirubhai Ambani, Warren Buffet always flowed against the current. They never followed the conventional path. They always show future and followed unconventional approach to realize their dream. They have set an example and it is for the leaders of today to learn from them.
