My research leadership doctoral thesis primarily on the impact and the relationship between management and unhappiness. Sixteen eminency research participants have their own unique life journey of adversity and then seeks to become a leader in the successful and accomplished. One common theme is that the obstacles or unhappiness in the early life of stakeholders such as the loss of a parent, poverty, discrimination, or even fall victim to the Holocaust is not effective or the most important events in their lives. Each of them grew up through experience that came with increasing responsibility for your career, or by changing a significant career.Success in overcoming obstacles in their adult lives helps them grow. promotion, advice and examples of mentors played a significant part of their lives.
My doctoral thesis in depth study guide and adversity has shown me that a mentor, especially servant leader mentors, it is possible to teach people how to overcome the obstacles and difficulties of life. Enlightened mentor or servant leader mentors are a classic example of people who use methods to convert the leadership and skills in life.
Interview leader noted that it was important to be wise and caring mentor can lead from the personal experience of unhappiness. They are those who have been there and successfully overcome difficult problems or major disaster.In some cases, teachers can teach residents how far on the basis of their experience the wrong path and learn better tutor may have experienced and overcome some of the other, even more terrible, difficulties in his life journey that can inspire the pupil more height.
Sixteen personalities that I personally interviewed identified nine key competencies. many of these features guide, including what is usually associated with the Transformational leadership are in lst from my research guide:
1. Honesty and integrity
2. the high level of skills
3. Initiative, perseverance, drive or definition
4. excellent communication skills and willingness to take a position, or assume responsibility
5. Vision (currently looking)
6. a desire or passion and inspire
7. acceptance and confidence; charisma
8. knowledge of the business and/or the task at hand; the competence of the
9. ability to overcome adversity or obstacles
Sixteen personalities, who I interviewed for my doctoral dissertation research direction and unhappiness separately additional four important qualities, which are usually not found in the literature of a training manual.
10. servant leader, working people, and especially, modest
11. With religious belief and strong family ties
12. Framing or worst tribulations, as an opportunity
13. After a mentor or mentors in their development as leaders (Haller, 2008, pp. 116-117)
Some of the research participants recognized the refining of my guide, but it was not so “features of Transformational leadership”, but rather of comment on their experiences in overcoming adversity, setbacks, abuse, discrimination, parent, or in one case the Nazi Holocaust.
Leadership attributes or features and Transformational leadership

A large number of studies on the characteristics of researchers in the first half of the twentieth century, used by young children or students at the College high school as their subjects, including Bass and Stogdill. much of the research guide features after 1950 started in focus business managers, heads of major companies and recent college graduates, leadership training programs in large firms
In the second half of the twentieth century, the theory that the leaders of the “born” were rejected by several major researchers, including Bennis, Gardner and Kotter. Kouzes and Posner has done extensive studies have identified characteristics of respect and admiration for the leaders needed to “make build” leader or nineteen qualities or characteristics as the most revered leader identified Kouzes and Posner; they argued that correspond to the decades of time and on six continents.
Their list management feature matches my own list of leads they started with “honest”, which was chosen by 88% of respondents among other signs of them were: (a) perspective, (b) relevant and (c) inspires and concepts showed on my list 13 features leaders from my research.
Comments and conclusions from my research into the basics guide from sixteen personalities consistently stresses the importance of Transformational leadership in the management of my Doctroal dissertational researches and adversity, correspond to the major portion of the manual, but a new element to the effects of material and how to overcome adversity and specifically the Transformational leadership.
